Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact Vine employees directly in an attempt to present candidates. Vine’s recruiting team or other authorized Vine personnel must present ALL candidates to hiring managers.
Any unsolicited resumes will be considered Vine’s property. Vine will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from an unsolicited resume. Vine will consider any unsolicited resume to have been referred free of charges or fees. Vine will not pay a fee to any agency that does not have such an agreement in place. Agency agreements are only valid if in writing and signed by Vine’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Administration. No other Vine employee is authorized to bind Vine to any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by agencies.
